Sweatin’ to the Oldies
I didn’t run yesterday morning. It was 17 degrees when I woke up and I didn’t set out my running gear the night before so I had a 100 great excuses to stay in bed. Oh and James is really sick and was still sleeping so I didn’t want to disturb him by getting out of bed. yeah, make that 101. This met a workout video produced in 2000 was coming out after work.
But first I made sure all the blinds were closed…geez, I don’t always like to put my life on display.
We run Netflix through our Wii and was able to find a 40 minute full body workout - Crunch Super SlimDown: Pilates Yoga Blend. I give it 4 stars as my abs are sore, but not 5 stars because I assume my abs are just really out of shape.
Misch-Misch totally thought this was our play time during the last 5 minutes. She was so annoying I had to capture it. But trust me I was holding the ab pose.
At the end the instructor said I was a CRUNCH SUPER STAR and frankly I have to agree…I mean come on look at me.


So what did I do after I worked out? Candy and pills!
James has been pretty sick lately so I’ve been playing Nurse Meghan the past couple of nights. I really don’t want to get sick so I’ve been hitting up vitamin C and herbs to beat James on our never ending fight on who has the strongest immune system. I think we all know the answer to that now…
Doesn’t he look insane? I was never allowed to feed wild animals when I was growing up, but now I’m an adult and I do what I want.
