Anyone else heard of the model Andrej Pejic? He/She was ranked 98 on FHM magazine’s 100 sexiest women in the world for 2011. Yes, you saw that correctly He/She. He is a androgynous model and is blowing my mind. I’ve been making my friends google him. Here is my friend Austyn’s reaction “ Isn’t being gorgeous in one gender enough?! These models…they always want more!”

I watched some youtube videos on him being interviewed and he thinks he is getting so many bookings because it is a recession and he can do double for a designer – LOL! Very pretty in model land terms. He walks the runway one night as a girl and the other as a guy. Any picture I see of him as a guy just makes me think it is a girl doing a poor job at looking like a guy.

It brought up this old memory I have of when I was young and had the soundtrack to the movie Orlando, but never actually got to see the movie. It stared Tilda Swinton, who I think is very androgynous and played that role in the movie. It was based on Virginia Woolf’s novel.  Anyways, the soundtrack was awesome and it is making me want to find a blockbuster and go rent the movie (who thought I would ever say that?).
